Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate Electronics solutions for new refrigeration products

  • System level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical decision making for electronics projects

  • Lead technical design reviews for electronics projects

  • Ensure project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets.

  • Drive system validation during concept, design and product validation stages

  • Drive electronics requirements and FMEA based on Concept and Design Validation data and functional performance

Function Overview

The Electronics system integrator will perform activities related to electronics project scoping project, electronics requirements definitions, electronics architecture definition, electronics project schedule, electronics systems integration. The Electronics system integrator will be working with electronics subsystems: Hardware and Software, project managers, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams. The ultimate goal of the Electronics system integration is to assure that the electronics solutions will be delivered on time, on cost and on quality, according to the project targets

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years System Integration Engineering & Technical Design Experience

  • Experience with electronics: Hardware, Software, components, wiring. System Integration and design

  • Experience with project management and execution: schedule, resources management, cost management, quality management and technical integration events.

  • Experience with electronics products manufacturing process

Preferred Requirements

  • Proactiveness, good communications skills

  • Proficient in requirements management

  • Proficient in FMEA

  • Proficient in system verification and validation processes and tools

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with problem-solving process and tools

  • Experience working with technical team coordination

  • Experience with project risk management process
