Due to growth, Kinzler Construction Services is adding an Insulation Trainer to our team!! The Insulation Trainer is responsible for the successful onboarding of new hires. This includes but is not limited to:
Training of installation products, trouble shooting, quality control, safety & compliance, and equipping team members to reach productivity standards.
Mentoring and coaching on install techniques, processes and systems using various methods, of classroom and hands-on field settings.
Ensure that the Kinzler Construction Services team members work in a safe and effective manner at all times.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for working side by side team members coaching and evaluating them on the proper techniques of installing batt, blown-in & BIBS products, quality, and core values in an objective and consistent manner.
Ensures that team members understand systems, processes and are competent in batt, blown-in, and BIBS products.
Coordinate and conduct pre/post-installation meetings with team members. Be thoroughly familiar with details of job in order to explain install techniques and educate on Kinzler's quality standards.
Be familiar and knowledgeable with multiple manufacturers’ product lines. This includes general product information and installation processes.
Responsible for identifying and evaluating team members that have leadership abilities and who meet company core values.
Proficient at holding hold crucial conversations and providing feedback in order to seek improvement and ensure team members success up to and including written documentation, verbal counseling and dismissal.
Required skills, experience and talents:
High school diploma or GED
One year prior training, leading or coaching experience.
Knowledge of construction/insulation business and/or 1 year prior related experience preferred.
Ability to travel with a valid drivers’ license.
Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days of hire
