The position may also work on larger projects with greater complexity as needed and able. Also delivers assigned projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules with guidance as needed.Job Responsibilities:1.Installs, programs, test, repairs, and services a variety of security systems with minimal guidance as needed.2.Responsible for installation and termination of all devices.3.Works closely with customers and internal colleagues in providing technical installation support and training. May assist or train less experienced Electrical Installers. Refers more complex issues to more experienced colleagues.4.Interprets manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.5.Provides basic installation assistance as directed by project lead.6.Accountable for maximizing customer satisfaction. Acts as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customers first choice for service. Takes ownership of onsite project including safety, quality and performance. Observes and practices Convergint Quality Standards.7.Makes suggestions for installation methods to improve profitability and quality.8.The Electrical Installer II position will be responsible for learning and performing daily tasks.9.The Electrical Installer II position will be responsible for providing basic hand tools as required to perform the daily tasks of the position.10.Provides feedback to the Job-Lead as to problems an anticipate time associated with an assigned task.
