Loading and unloading as needed. Relieve other operators as directed.Loading and unloading trucks with forklift, including steel coils utilizing the coil truck.Moving various materials utilizing various size lift trucks. Stacking finished goods in the warehouse four pallets high.Completing proper documentation and utilizing finished goods tracking system when loading and/or storing finished product.Maintain the forklifts in a clean and orderly fashion. Perform daily fork lift safety inspection.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.Experience in a manufacturing facilityA minimum of six months forklift driving work experience, operating sit-down forkliftsA current forklift driving certification, or the ability to demonstrate forklift driving exerience and pass the certification testPosition works 12 hour shifts on nights and must have ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat and stand for extended periods of time while performing job dutiesAbility to push, pull, bend, climb, walk, and lift on a continuous basis. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds overhead on an occasional basis. Possess excellent hand-eye coordination, adequate dexterity and strength in order to maintain and operate equipment. Ability to distinguish through the use of audio, visual, olfactory, and tactile senses when the equipment is properly operating.
