Job Title: 3rd Shift Fabricator

Job Description

Welder/Fabricators will build and weld Structural Steel products such as columns, beams, and stairs according to specifications on blueprints. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, reviewing the quality of their own work, and ensuring that stairs or handles are ready for installation upon arrival at the job site. The ideal candidate will be a full fabricator capable of cutting, sizing, shaping, bending materials, tacking them into place, and then welding them.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Carlisle, Iowa.

Work Environment

3rd shift M-TH 6pm-6am. The candidate must fit in with the company culture, environment, attitude, attendance, and effort requirements. This is a smaller location with 15-20 people, with plans to move to a bigger site in Des Moines or Carlisle.
