Randstad Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PCB CAD Librarian to join our team. As a PCB CAD Librarian, you will be responsible for creating accurate component models using electronic CAD systems, in adherence to company standards and practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience using ECAD tools, specifically Mentor Xpedition tools, and be capable of creating CAD symbols and models for printed circuit card and schematic designs, while also loading attribute data into enterprise systems.

This position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, and can be worked remotely.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate component models using electronic CAD systems, adhering to company standards and practices

• Create CAD symbols and models for printed circuit card and schematic designs

• Load attribute data into enterprise systems

• Understand and interpret component drawings and specifications to produce accurate symbols and models, including electrical schematic symbols and printed circuit board layout component models and land patterns

• Self-check work to ensure it meets part requirements and guidelines

Job Requirements

• Experience with PCB layout and CAD cell creation & management

• Experience with ECAD tools required

• Experience with Mentor Xpedition tools required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with EDM Library is preferred

• Experience with CR5000 Library preferred
