Position overview Join the Mission Systems Airborne and Ground Communication Products Department and help shape, define, and design communication solutions that connect militaries around the world! Students in this role will contribute to the development and support of our software-defined ground radio communication platforms through hands-on experience. This position may include support of requirements definition and design, integration, and in-lab and in-field testing opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:

• Product integration and test

• Digital and/or analog circuit design

• IP networking protocols and network routing

• Serial communication protocols

• Python

• Excellent communications skills to communicate technical issues and status in both written and oral form.

• Motivated to learn new technologies, be self-motivated, be detail-oriented, be a strong team player, and show a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.  

  Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge or experience with radio communications systems is preferred

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
