Aventure Staffing Construction Laborer in Cherokee, Iowa
Construction Laborer | $17/hour
Monday-Friday, 6 am-6 pm
A local construction company in Cherokee, IA is hiring a Construction Laborer to join their team! This position is responsible for several duties in the construction process. Construction Laborers may have the possibility for overtime! This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable construction company in the area. Apply now while openings are available!
Responsibilities:
Load various tools and supplies onto truck used in daily operations
Place road signs, safety cones and safety fence around work area as needed
Operate locator to find and mark underground utilities
Assist with placing cable and innerduct during operations
Operate spade, shovel and rake in cleanup operations and filling of holes
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to work outside
Ability to push, pull, bend and stoop
Benefits & Pay:
