If choosing to work remote, this role can be located in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.This position is responsible for leading CyberSecurity and Identity Access Management teams and projects with minimal guidance. The Agile Project Manager facilitates our teams to reach our delivery, operations and infrastructure project goals by consistently applying Servant Leadership and facilitation skills. Focused on learning and applying Project Management techniques and principles with the goal of being able to successfully coordinate medium to large Agile Stable teams/mid-complex to complex projects. This role will partner with leaders and teams along with other members of the enterprise to ensure continued focus on the delivery of business value. This role may provide mentorship to Level I.What you'll do:Lead project/team planning and delivery activities, including but not limited to-backlog/scope definition and refinement, prioritization, planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and stand-upsWork independently to assess, guide, coach, and mentor cybersecurity individual contributors, SME's and Stakeholders to achieve higher levels of Agile maturity, self-organization, and performancePartner with management to remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur to ensure project and program velocityProactively identify metrics and themes defined by leadership to measure Agile maturity and develop and execute plans to improve maturityDemonstrate a high degree of accountability and commitment to assigned projects; drive projects toward successful completion; proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans, escalating where appropriateDevelop detailed project execution plans; track project progress, budget, milestones and quality; Effectively communicating to program and project stakeholdersCollaborate with Management to ensure they are aware of resource allocation needs and impact to project deliverables and overall project costsAdhere to project and quality related processes in collaboration with fellow project managers and managementRemain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer experience firmly as the focusTo be considered for this position, you must have:Bachelor's degreeFundamental understanding of CyberSecurity principles3+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/executed in various methodologies/or phases Demonstrated excellence in change management and coaching othersMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the enterprise including external vendorsHighly organized with strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitaskAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness
