Aerotek Industrial Painter in Davenport, Iowa

Job Description

Currently seeking an Industrial Painter/Powder Coater to perform a wide-range of services related to the surface preparation and painting of industrial sandblasting equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and durability of our product finishes. As a skilled painter, you'll be working on the first shift as part of a dynamic team in Davenport, Iowa.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in surface preparation, powder coating, or wet paint application

  • Proficiency with various power and manual tools such as air-fed paint pot and spray gun, air ventilation system, and forklift

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated with a clear focus on quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Good time management to meet specific goals/production numbers without micromanagement

Additional Information:

  • 1st shift, Monday - Friday.

  • $19 - $22/hr depending on experience.

  • Very independent position!

  • WEEKLY PAY + Full Benefits (medical/dental/vision)
