Job Title: Concrete Laborer & Demolition Worker

Location: Des Moines, IA

Job Type: Full-time Job

Pay Range: $18-$25 hr. weekly pay

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and determined Concrete Laborers and Demolition Workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete demolition and construction, including but not limited to --

• Demolishing concrete structures and pavements using hand tools and heavy machinery.

• Removing debris and disposing of it properly

• Preparing job sites for new construction or renovation projects.

• Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures.

• Operating hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, and saws.

• Adhering to safety protocols and following instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Equivalent

• At least 1-2+ years of concrete demolition or construction experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, and saws

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Overtime may be required, especially during peak construction seasons
