Aerotek Enclosure Assembly in Des Moines, Iowa

Description:

Each EP² control building is designed and fabricated with skilled workers, custom optional features, and security features such as emergency lighting, temperature-controls, surge protectors, and backup power supplies. Custom options are available to all customers and clients.

  • Utilize blueprints to determine layout of the inside of the enclosure building

  • Tape Measure to be able to accurately mark the panels to be drilled

  • Connect 300 to 1000 wires on electrical panel while reading the blueprint

  • Connect conduit within building for a power plant or wind farm generator system or indoor facility

  • Buildings can be used indoor or outdoor.

  • Utilize small hand and power tools (depending on department)

  • Ability to read small word font on blueprints

  • Ability to play matching game with attaching wires to the panels in the correct location

  • Work in a crew of 4 to 5 people to construct the inside of the building/enclosure

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 year or more of carpentry, construction, framing, wiring, electrical experience preferred

6 months of Industrial assembly

6 months of Reading blueprints

Lift 20 to 50 pounds

Ability to read tape measure and operate hand and power tools
