Position Overview:

As a Residential Trim Carpenter and Doors/Windows Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing interior trim, doors, and windows in residential settings. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that each installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and finish trim work, including baseboards, crown molding, casings, and wainscoting.

• Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications.

• Install doors and windows, ensuring proper fit and function.

• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in trim carpentry and doors/windows installation.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
