We are currently seeking a growth-oriented Senior Manager to join our Government Contractor Advisory practice to help us continue building on our large government contractor client base. In this position you will serve as a key advisor to clients, helping them navigate all phases of the contract and grant management lifecycle and leveraging your subject matter expertise to solve complex challenges along the way. This role has the ability to be based in various locations throughout our footprint, with hybrid/remote flexibility provided.

As a Senior Manager, you will:

Work closely with practice leadership to plan and execute the following types of projects:

• Compliance and Gap Assessments (FAR, DFARS, CAS, etc.)

• Interface with DCAA, DCMA and other agency auditors on behalf of our clients

• Provide contract and grant management support

• Analyze clauses and terms & conditions for solicitations and contract awards for clients

• Conduct subcontractor evaluations for clients

• Provide proposal support to clients

• Assist with contract modifications

• Preparation of calculations in support of contract claims and disputes, providing litigation support, and preparing requests for equitable adjustments

• Preparation of a general dollar magnitude ( GDM ) or a detailed cost impact (DCI)

• Assist with contract pricing and estimating

• Conduct Cost & Price Analysis

• Conduct walkthroughs and assist with developing processes, policies and procedures

• Develop and provide training to clients

What you bring to this role:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance

• Must possess knowledge of accounting principles, CPA or CPA candidate is preferred, but not required

• 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in compliance, contract or grant management/administration, auditing, or advising companies with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Uniform Guidance, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) or other applicable Federal regulations

• DCAA or DCMA experience is nice to have

• Grant or Contract Management/Administrative experience

• Strong engagement management skills, comfortable interfacing with executive leaders

• Eagerness to contribute to business development efforts

• DAWIA or NCMA certifications a plus

• Knowledge of government systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and IPP is beneficial

• Although travel is currently suspended, this role has typically required the ability to travel < 15% to client sites

The salary range for this position is $113,900 to $236,225.
