Summary:
Ready at Dawn is searching for a Senior Sound Designer to join our team! As a Senior Sound Designer on the Ready at Dawn Audio Team, you will use your craft and technical skills to explore, define, and bring to life a new class of audio experiences on the forefront of new and emerging platforms with a heavy emphasis on virtual reality.

Senior Sound Designer - Ready at Dawn Responsibilities:
Partner with the Audio Director to define and bring to life the high level sonic identity of Ready at Dawn projects.
Use your craft mastery to mentor cross-functional and junior audio team members.
Design, record, and implement SFX, VO, and audio content of all kinds.
Collaborate with the art, animation, and engineering teams to bring industry leading interactive experiences to life through audio.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency recording, designing and implementing high quality innovative audio experiences across multiple platforms, genres, and styles.
Experienced manipulated dynamic runtime audio via script and other tools.
5+ years experience working as an interactive audio designer/developer.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven craft mastery achieving high impact audio outcomes on multiple AAA titles.
Experience working in all phases of game development from ideation to pre production, to ship and post ship states.
Self-management, organizational and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of audio and its role in VR, AR, and other emerging technologies.

Public Compensation:
$101,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
