Job Title: Transmission Line Engineer

Job Description

As a Transmission Line Engineer, you will manage all line organization functions encompassing personnel administration, project quality assurance, and team support. Your responsibilities will include recommending department plans, programs, and resources, such as staff budgets and capital expenditures. This role involves overseeing the hiring process, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and terminations. You will be tasked with appointing discipline leads for project assignments, reporting on department status, and ensuring performance standards are met through the development and implementation of a Performance Management Process. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, engineering design, and QA/QC for power delivery transmission projects, ensuring client needs are met and projects are completed successfully.
