Support requirements development and design for electronic components and electrical systems.
Lead Electrical PV&V activities for construction machine platforms.
Provide problem solving of electrical issues on new product development and current production.
Participate in print reviews and design reviews for new products.

What Skills You Need
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organization and workload planning skills.
1 or more years of experience in Electronic Hardware including internships, school projects, or hobby activities.
Able to travel up to 25%.
What Makes You Stand Out
Electrical Engineering experience performing analysis, testing and/or design work.
Knowledge of electrical components such as batteries, starters, alternators, rocker switches, relays, solenoids, sensors, actuators, and connectors.
Experience in the automotive/heavy on-road/off-road industries.
Experience performing EMC testing and issue resolution.
Knowledge of electrical wire harness circuits and routing.
Experience writing functional, performance, and durability requirements.
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent will be considered with a strength in Electrical Circuit Theory.
