Job Purpose and Impact

The Reliability Engineer will focus on optimizing the reliability of our interconnected components of a manufacturing facility. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues to the operational team. In this role, you will help drive the reliability of the plant in a multiple department facility.

Key Accountabilities

• Help operational teams with maintaining the reliability of the plant.

• Optimize completion of maintenance activities and drive long term maintenance and reliability goals

• Champion and drive precision maintenance and work execution and maximize use of production facilities and personnel.

• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Projects

• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability
