Job Purpose and Impact
The Engineering Manager will lead and provide execution of our engineering capital allocations for our growing corn-milling facility in Fort Dodge, IA. You will lead a team of Project Engineers and serve on the site leadership team providing strategic input into the identification and development of the operational vision, direction and people resources needed to deliver results. In addition, you will have direct ownership of the capital project portfolio for our sites in Dalhart and Bovina, TX.
Key Accountabilities
Anticipates and plans for future engineering needs and develops the three to five year capital planning required for normal operations.
Serve as a member of the site leadership team and provide strategic technical and engineering support for normal operations as well as project engineering oversight support for the most complex base and non-base capital projects.
Provide execution oversight for current plan year projects.
Direct the tactical development of the operational vision, direction and strategy.
Ensure project meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ten years of related engineering experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Chemical, Mechanical, Biosystems or related engineering degree
Previous capital and/or industrial project engineering experience
Previous food or chemical plant experience
