Responsible for all aspects of the construction bidding process including sales, estimating, bidding, tracking, subcontractor solicitation, labor and productivity analysis, and project costing for Commercial and Heavy Highway concrete projects. Will be required to prepare competitive bids and estimates before deadlines. Knows market and competition. Ability to track multiple projects to bid on. Understands cost of materials as market continuously changes.
