Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Hiawatha, IA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install and Repair Electrical Wiring Systems and Fixtures for Solar Projects
Utilize Hand and Hydraulic Benders to Bend Conduit
Install Conduit and Pipes for Wires and Cables
Ensure Compliance with Code, all Installations, Comply with Local Codes and Regulations
Work with Installation Teams to Complete Projects on Time
Perform Proper Repairs and Corrections
Test Electrical Components to Ensure Proper Installation
Use Ladders and Scaffolding when Necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years of Electrical Experience, PV Experience is Preferred
Active Iowa State Journeyman License; Can accept JM License from Reciprocating State
Able to Interpret and Follow Blueprints and Electrical Schematics
Strong Knowledge of Electrical Codes and Safety Practices
Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Attention to Detail
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Means of Transportation
Able to Regularly Stand, Bend, Kneel, and Lift up to 50 Pounds without Assistance
