Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description:

Manages all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Job duties include:

• Oversees project schedule and budget

• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and national regulations

• Performs quality inspections and safety checks

• Coordinates subcontractors and field employees

• Writes daily and weekly project logs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years commercial construction experience

• Completed new-build project $10 million + Experience with Microsoft applications (excel, outlook, word, etc.)
