We are looking for an Experienced Structures Foreman to work Full Time!
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience
High school or GED
Driver’s license required
Travel where work is performed in Iowa and surrounding states
Must be able to work on the road during the week
Plan reading
Manage crew and equipment
Schedule deliveries
Set goals and achieve the goals
Applicant must be able to work well with others and have a strong understanding of safety at the job site.
Essential Functions:
Needs to work well with others
Needs to follow orders from superiors and give orders to crew members
Needs to take care and maintain tools and equipment
Strong communication skills
A desire to learn
Attend work, and be on time
13-14 hour workdays
