BAINBRIDGE CONSTRUCTION LLC(TROY BAINBRIDGE) Concrete Foreman in KINGSLEY, Iowa
Read paving plans, set up a paving/flat work crew and perform daily field activities relating to concrete paving and concrete flat work. Should have experience in doing sidewalks, driveways, curb ramps, and all other concrete flat work. Equipment operating experience is a plus. Should have valid drivers license and be able to pass drug test.
Regular Duties
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to project manager and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Gain the respect of others by being fair, honest, reliable, and hard-working.
- Complete all necessary paperwork assigned by project management.
- Maintain schedules brought forth by project management.
- Manage and perform work to meet the budgetary costs per jobsite on a weekly basis.
- Review and maintain quality control per jobsite.
- Able to run a crew of 6 employees
