CROELL, INC Heavy Equipment Operator in NEW HAMPTON, Iowa
- Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
- Operate a full range of heavy equipment (i.e. skid steer loader, excavator, motor grader, backhoe, compact roller, front end loader, dozer, shoulder machine, concrete paver, concrete belt placer, concrete cure and texture machine, etc.)
- Operate and maintain other equipment as needed
- Perform inspections and maintenance of equipment such as greasing, checking oil, water, and tires/tracks
- Perform physical duties about grade prep and/or concrete work (i.e. shovel, sledgehammer, rake, etc.)
- Follow, enforce, and promote all company safety and quality requirements at all times
- Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)
