The Musco Application Engineering is currently seeking an Engineering Technician Drafter to work from our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on creating drawings and models that assist the Application Engineering Development team and Product Development teams. What you will do as an Engineering Technician Drafter:

  • Maintain quality and integrity of the Musco product

  • Create models and Bom’s for Musco products and components

  • Communicate technical information both written and verbal

  • Process Engineering Change notices

  • Create custom CAD drawings

What you need to be successful:

  • An AA degree in drafting or mechanical design is preferred

  • Proficiency in the use of Auto CAD 2019

  • Proficient or ability to learn Inventor 2019

  • General proficiency in computer skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Strong motivational aptitude

  • Strong attention to detail
