Primary Purpose:

Maintain Musco facilities and properties; complete all internal and external work orders to meet the demands of the growing Team. This will entail all aspects of construction from concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, plumbing, electrical,

general labor and troubleshooting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General facility maintenance

  • Remodeling or new construction to satisfy our internal customers at Musco

  • Equipment / furniture moving and installation will be required at all locations during regular and odd hours, as required

  • The ability to fabricate parts in emergency conditions is a plus

  • Have the mechanical aptitude to repair item or know when something is beyond repair

  • Ability to make decisions on the fly to meet customer demands

  • Travel may be required to all Musco Facilities World Wide as required

  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Construction maintenance background along with a good grasp of all facets of the construction technologies in a modern work site

Job Specifications:

  • Good construction knowledge or background

  • Oral communication skills and ability to coordinate with outside vendors and internal customers

  • Knowledge in setting up machines and work stations in both office and production environments

  • Maintenance & Construction backgrounds

  • Excellent work ethics with the ability to work individually or in a team environment

  • Self directed the ability to make decisions on your own and communicate those decisions to the Team Leader or Manager

  • Computer skills a must

  • Ability to do manual labor in all types of weatherOral communication skills and ability to coordinate with outside vendors and internal customers

  • Assist in snow removal during the winter monthsGood construction knowledge or background

  • Work on public or private community projects as required
