Other duties may be assigned.1. Demonstrate the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating agility, customer focused, and stewardship and model the associated behaviors.2. Apply primer coating to treated metal as needed.3. Apply topcoat to primed parts per Vermeer's quality standards.4. Inspect all parts after coating has been applied to insure parts are meeting quality standards.5. Load and unload paint line as needed during rotation schedule.6. Use high pressure cleaning and phosphate system to treat metal prior to painting.7. Prepare parts prior to paint using compressed air to dry, mask off parts as needed.8. Change out paints, primer and catalyze as needed.9. Repair paint defects as needed.10. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on paint equipment, guns, regulators, and filters.11. Follow Waste Management (RCRA) regulation on labeling, handling, and disposal of hazardous waste.12.
