Responsibilities

• Design and implement PCBs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications

• Conduct thorough circuit board analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues

• Develop and implement innovative electrical solutions to optimize product performance and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall product designs

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth and development

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering, continuously expanding your skillset and knowledge base

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

• Proven proficiency in SolidWorks or any other solid modeling platform

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing PCBs, demonstrating a deep understanding of circuit board design principles

• Familiarity with equipment or metal fabrication techniques, preferably with experience in a related program

• Solar experience would be a significant advantage, especially in the context of smaller energy companies

• A natural curiosity and a passion for tinkering, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to innovate
