Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing paperwork for loads and shipments.

2. Responsible for preparing bill of ladings.

3. Responsible for the accuracy of paperwork including bill of ladings.

4. Responsible for audit counts and counts of incoming loads.

5. Responsible for data entry and clerical responsibilities as needed.

6. Maintain accurate records and inventory.

7. Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant.

8. Promotes Safety by following all Plant Safety rules and reports violations and unsafe practices to appropriate Management Personnel.

9. Responsible for Inventory Accuracy in the facility and accuracy in the JDE System.

10. Other duties as required.

Qualifications

A. High School diploma along with 1-2 years experience in the Warehouse field is preferred.

B. Ability to work well with others

C. Must have good work habits

D. Self-motivated

E. Multi-task orientated

F. Attention to detail

G. Work with minimal supervision
