Sander - $22.00-$26.00/hr.
Mon-Fri 7a-4:30p
Are you an experienced auto body mechanic or have a desire to learn the trade? If so, this position is for you!A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Sander to join their team. As a Sander, you will utilize various hand tools to smooth surfaces for the paint department.
Responsibilities:
- Scrape, Sand or wire brush all surfaces and edges until spatter, sharpness and blemishes are removed.
- Bondoany area not fixed by above procedure.
- Spot welds holes,smoothsscratches and lifts dents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous auto body schooling or experience preferred.
- Desire to learn and have great attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Use hands to finger, handle or feel.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50lbs.
