TitleDivision ManagerCity/TownSioux CenterState/ProvinceIADescriptionInterstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a Division Manager to join our Design Build Partnering (DBP) Team. The Division Manager will be responsible for developing business with new and existing clients, leveraging a technical team, providing engineering design, procurement, and construction management services for our Design-Build Partnering projects.Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop business with new and existing customers as backlog increases.Provide engineering design, procurement, and construction project management services.Lead onsite contractor activities with our electrical contractor partners.Assist in developing or improving quality assurance, quality control, safety, and other project delivery systems unique to DBP.Assist in finding, growing and maintaining electrical contractor partnerships.Other duties may be assigned.Education and/or Experience:10 years of industry and client-account management experienceClient account management experienceProject leadership experience in engineering consulting and/or construction managementProject Management experienceOr equivalent combination of education and related experience/trainingPreferred Skills:Excellent communication skills and ability to tactfully engage with employees, owners and customers.Ability to display and convey a positive image of self and the company to all individuals in daily duties.Ability to track and organize project details and information.Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.Overall knowledge of safety policies and able to enforce such policies.Travel: This position is located in our Sioux Center or Sioux Falls office.
