Aerotek Superintendent in Urbandale, Iowa

Description:

  • Read blueprints -- ability to read square footages off the blueprints

  • Run jobsites -- startup to completion

  • Material ordering

  • Balance budget

  • Scheduling -- two week look ahead

  • Weekly/ Daily reports

  • Cost analysis

  • Change orders

  • Ensure jobsite safety

  • Manage onsite contractors

  • Office based out of Urbandale. Work is done in Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri. 75% of work will be local and home every night. 25% will be out of state travel of which typically will be a day trip so will still be home at night.

  • Client specializes in various pressure washing services and much more for commercial, residential, and new construction projects throughout the Midwest.

  • Specialize in remodels and custom home building, also does work on apartment complexes and schools
