Now Hiring: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a superintendent in the industrial and commercial construction sector. Experience working on wastewater facility projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.

• Maintain a safe and clean job site.

• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the industrial and commercial sectors.

• Proven experience with wastewater facility projects is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
