Full Time Residential Carpenter

Wages: $18-28 per hour, starting pay based on experience
Job Requirement: Due to traveling from the company shop to different job sites regularly - the job requires having a valid driver's license.
Job Description:
- Job includes residential remodeling, additions, and new custom home building.
- Job may include but is not limited to: Demo, framing, roofing, siding, decking, windows, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, finish and trim, etc.
- Must be competent with most power tools and basic math and measurements.
- Must be hard working and have the ability to work independently and with others.
- Must be self-starter but also follow specific directives.
- Jobs are primarily located in the Cedar Valley (Waterloo, Cedar Falls, etc.)
- Preferred experience in residential construction.
